The company Erre Enne has dedicated a 300-square meter area for the adjustment and reparation of the realized pieces, where two collaborators work on a daily basis to deburr, polish, grind and correct imprecisions in order to finish the piece perfectly. Furthermore, we are able to clean cross-drilled holes and in the end the piece is protected against corrosion.

The adjustment and reparation area is equipped with a crane and forklift truck as well as electric and pneumatic tools, dimensional and endoscopical measuring tools and roughness meters with the help of which we area also able to measure parts of the pieces which are usually very difficult to reach (from 6 mm diameter)

Our collaborators work manually or with special tools in order to achieve edges, chamfers, external and internal surfaces, as well as roughness values according to the clients’ wishes.

If it is demanded we can also mark the pieces electrochemically or by punching so that the traceability including the respective certificates such as raw material or our internal acceptance test, is always guaranteed.
